My Hero

This is my OC, Shino, who will be starring in the comic I have been working on for a while, Pocket Arsenal. He wants to be a great hero really badly, but his country has been too peaceful for too long that nothing really happens, and when it does, it's all small time stuff.

This costume shall be what he wears for a majority of the comic's first run. I want to redesign it for the second draft to be a little more eye catching... basically short sleeves and a black undershirt... that's all.
