So, my friends wife wasn’t feeling well, and he asked me to draw at his place, since she loves to watch me draw. I remember her being particularly fond of when I would draw Toad, and I haven’t done it in a while so… here it is.

People will always go on about how much they hate Toad for telling them that their Princess is in Another Castle. It annoys me to no end when they say shit like that.

Mario’s a hero. He saves people. Is it that unlikely that he’d want to save everyone, the Toads included? I would see Mario comforting the Toad as he walks him out of the dreadful castle, rather than storming off and cursing.

And the phrase isn’t “SORRY MARIO” it’s “THANK YOU MARIO, But the Princess is in Another Castle.” …And they’re thumbs, not middle fingers.

'Fans' that whine about the little mushroom folks don't got feelings for the poor guys.
Besides, if Peach Toadstool was in the very first castle you stormed, the game would be pretty short, wouldn't it?

Quite frankly it never bothered me either that we had to save all the seven Toads before finally arriving at Bowser's Castle. I always looked at it like something similar to Pokemon's eight Gym Battles before you finally get the chance to challenge the Pokemon Leauge.

I mean how fun would it be if you simply played through 3 stages and then "Bam!" you went and challenge the great Koopa king before you hardly got to enjoy your journey.
