Swambee Larva

Description

I've been making it a point to say that, though inspired by pokemon, these fantasy animals do not grow into each other, and have nothing to do with each other, apart from being different breeds of the same animal.

There are a few exceptions to the rule though, and im about to post three creatures that do in fact, grow into each other, however, with the exception of the Larva, they are not new creations, they were in the first draft of my comic.

In the middle of the swamp, there was a giant Bee Hive, which housed a community of anthropomorphic talking, human sized bees, simply called "Bee people" along with a smaller variety of more animalistic arthropods.

They worked together, and made honey, and products made with honey. This will not change in the new incarnation of the comic.

However, the Bee people will be called "Honey Fairies" instead, they will no longer have an abdomen and stinger, and they will be much smaller than people.

Pictured in the drawing is a nameless Nurse, carrying a Larva, which the Honey Fairies take care of.

I'll continue on with the next submission.

I've seen bee people (beople?) bee-fore, but not in anything I spent any time on. I like the far more insect-like appearance of the larva.
