Description

I had a thought on Tumblr, that I got the biggest weakness for guys with bangs completely covering their eyes... yet I have no characters like that. So I decided to make a new character.

Now, when I made Finch, I named him after the file for my Ocarina of Time 3-Heart Challenge, and I made him a little nervous weak boy who wishes to be strong, as it kinda mirrored how I felt doing my first 3 heart challenge. ( I was dissapointed to learn that the only enemy to pose a true threat were Stalfos. )

So I used my Twilight Princess 3-heart run and made this guy... His name is Nuru, which means sunlight. He's also very relaxed and calm... Because I knew before I began 3-hearting TP would be a cake-walk. He's also a farm-boy, like Link was in that game.

...In case you aren't familiar with my characters, they aren't Zelda fan-characters or anything. In fact, when I first started creating them, I had Final Fantasy 1, and Little Big Planet in Mind. Maybe a pinch of Mario.

He's not a very important character, but I'm just so happy to have a cute blinding-bangs character <3

His nose is a different color... not something I usually do. But he's meant to be a little sun-burnt... his shoulders are too.

...I didn't know his purpose for a while, since I wanted him to be more than just a meaningless villager character. But then I came up with him being Shino's Gardener and I drew this...

I mean, Shino’s house is in the middle of the woods, and it’s literally a giant tree. He might have some small fruit/vegetable gardens around his place too.

And since he spends a lot of time away from his home, someone should naturally take care of it while he’s out… So Nuru is his man.

Now I just gotta figure out the nature of their arrangement, because Nuru’s day job is actually farm work back at Armondia.
